Who we are…

Upper Left Living LLC, owned by Paul & Katy Williams, a husband and wife team that loves building homes in the Seattle, WA King County area. Paul Williams has been in the construction industry for his entire career working through the trades framing, windows, HVAC, and general contractor work which led to his dream of home building. Our business name comes from us living in the Pacific Northwest corner of the Unites States; the place we call ‘home’. We build Happy Healthy Homes that we would want our own families to purchase, live and grow in.
